IL Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Each year, the executive board of the IHSBCA convenes in November to select coaching candidates for induction into the IHSBCA Hall of Fame. Along with the Hall of Fame inductees, we wish to recognize individuals who have worked diligently to enhance the game of baseball in Illinois. Award recipients and inductees will be honored on the evening of the Hall of Fame dinner. To be eligible for selection, the nominee must meet the following criteria: must have been a high school coach for a minimum of 25 years, must have been a head varsity baseball coach for a minimum of 15 years (in rare cases, the committee may permit a non-coach to be considered), and must be nominated and proper form sent to the Hall of Fame Committee.
